How Does Foam Filling Work?

During the foam filling process, we inject a urethane gel through the tire valve stem or through a hole drilled into the tire sidewall. Next, we let the tires harden between 24 and 48 hours depending on the tire size. Once the foam hardens, the process is complete. Foam filling is guaranteed to fortify tires against flats and unnecessary maintenance.
